Making your holiday home work for you...
The majority of owners at Combe Haven take advantage of our fully managed sublet scheme. This gives them an income to help offset the running costs of owning there own holiday home.
Each caravan has it's own letting grade which determines the price that we charge to the thousands of holiday makers that stay with us here on park. The owners income for subletting there holiday home is determined by the price that we charge for the holiday.
From this price we detract the cost of the linen, any hire goods, insurances, vat entertainment passes and our 19% booking fee.
How much do you get?
Example- £400 paid by a holiday maker for a 7 day booking would result in our owners account being credited around £240.
Why do we take 19% ?
Our booking fee reflects the Marketing & Promotion of our holiday business, cleaning & checks, key release and the dedicated team here on park.
What does the owner have to do?
Simply let us know the dates out of our letting season that you wish to sublet and we do the rest!
